Horizontal Extension
- Extension of out-building for living space to the sides and rear but not to the front of the main building line;
- At the same time maintaining and minimum setbacks of the main building.
- The permitted out-building is allowed to be fully walled-up and of a single storey height.
Vertical Extension
- Extension of space vertically within the main building without affecting the total height and main framework of the building.
- Including attic floor, mezzanine floor, basement and walling-up of balcony.
